The Service Desk Operations Specialist, a member of the Information Technology Service Desk Support Team, is responsible for providing remote and on-site support for end user technology. This includes hardware - computers, printers, telephones, etc. - and various computer software. The Service Desk Operations Specialist should have strong customer service skills as well as being an analytical thinker.
