IT Security Analyst: Performs two core functions: (1) operations of in-place security solutions and (2) identification, investigation, and resolution of security breaches detected by those systems. Other responsibilities include (1) implementation of new security solutions, (2) creation and maintenance of policies, standards, baselines, guidelines, and procedures, (3) conducting vulnerability audits and assessments. IT Security Analysts are expected to be fully aware of the established enterprise security goals as stated policies, procedures and guidelines and to actively work towards upholding those goals. Tax Deed/Marriage License Specialist: A member of the Official Records team, receives, processes and prepares all incoming tax deed files for auction; enters and scans all pertinent information into system for public view; records marriage licenses.  Advanced and complex clerical work including general office duties, answering incoming calls and provide general information on department functions in the Clerk of Courts Office.
